Hi,
I'm a regular smoker & i really want to quit smoking, i tried different ways like chewing toffees whenever i feel that i should smoke but its of no use,
So kindly help me by your valuable suggestions.

light a cig, take a puff and thn throw it.....it helps and keep chewing gum

ReplyDeleteur suggestion is ok but u know after quiting smoking i may have the habit of chewing gums, which i don't want but i think Coolflame idea is gr8 & its working too because normally i smoke 10 cig. a day but now its lower down to 3 to 4 a day, i hope it helps me out to quit smoking completely.
1. Eat dark chocolates when ever you feel like smoking. So always keep that choco with you.

ReplyDeleteI think one more thing can be done to quit smoking is that a person should change his companions, i mean a person should spend more time with those persons around who doesn't smoke at all, & i think it helps quit smoking easily.

Other thing you can do..but it really requires a lot of strength...
ReplyDeleteEvery one who smokes know when he requires one urgently...exactly then goto the shop and turn back without taking one and don't touch ciggi the whole day...
