I think a person should start counting in reverse say from 10 to 1, so that his minds gets diverted to some-where else & he/she can overcome his anger.
Eating chocolates, cold drinks, glass of water....all these can help control anger... beside this if you can take bath,it will quickly bring down the mercury.
Hi, when u get anger from any reason, just discuss with ur best pal/frnd and take out all your anger out of your heart and mind. and do ur fvrt thing like party/cooking/singing/dance/reading/anything.
just put urself busy into some other activities like some work/ur favorite hobby / or just sing ur fvrt song into urself. and when get back to home take a chilled shower and chat with ur best frnd.
I think a person can overcome his anger, by finding a vacant place like "a free road in the late night" (type of environment) or an empty hall, etc. where he/she is alone & there he/she can shout loudly for a minute or two so that he can release his mind frustration & this how he/she can overcome his anger !!!
